Marisa Helms and Chad Atwood, both of Greeley, announce their engagement.

A June 7 wedding is planned in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Helms is the daughter of Mark and Jeanne Helms of Greeley. She graduated from Dayspring Christian High School and the University of Northern Colorado. She works at New Vision Charter School in Loveland.

Atwood is the son of Tom and Barb Atwood of Greeley. He graduated from Greeley Central High School. He works at AT&T Mobility in Denver.
