9Health Fair to take place in Fort Lupton

FORT LUPTON -- The 29th 9Health Fair will hit town April 19 at Fort Lupton High School, 530 Reynolds St.
The fair runs from 7 a.m. to noon.
The services offered include:
« Blood Chemistry: $30. Fasting 12 hours prior to the test is recommended.
« Blood Count: $15. This screening is used to provide additional information about your health.
« Prostate Cancer screening: $25.
« Immunizations: $5 per shot.
Free health screenings will be offered for lungs, breast, testicular, pap smears and a special eye exam for children.
Free shuttle service is available for participants needing transportation from the Platteville, Gilcrest, Dacono, Frederick, Firestone, Lochbuie, Hudson, Brighton, Wattenberg, Roggen and Fort Lupton areas.
